The Tulsa Fire Department is investigating an overnight fire that destroyed part of a duplex. Firefighters were called to the 2400 block of South 92nd East Ave. around midnight on Saturday. When they arrived, smoke and flames were shooting out of a bedroom.
Crews were able to fight the fire quickly and kept it from spreading to other parts of the duplex.
The fire is being investigated to determine if this was just an accident or if foul play was involved.
The duplex sustained smoke and fire damages estimated at about $25,000.
