Police Officer and Firefighter Receive Top Honors

Tulsa's Rotary Club honored a police officer and firefighter on Wednesday for going above and beyond the call of duty. This is the first time the club handed out the award.

Police officer of the year goes to Jennifer Mansell. Mansell has been on the police force 23 years. Firefighter of the year goes to Captain Michael Baker. Baker has been with the department 12 years.
