BINGER, Okla. (AP) -- A 40-year-old Binger man was killed in a single-vehicle crash Saturday morning. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the death of Joseph H. Stagg appears to be alcohol related.
Troopers say the crash occurred shortly before 1 am along Oklahoma 146 in Caddo County. The patrol says a pickup truck Stagg was driving left the roadway and collided with a tree.
Troopers say the driver's condition was impaired due to drinking.
The patrol says Stagg wasn't wearing a seat belt.
