Tulsa County commissioner Randi Miller has repeatedly claimed the city of Tulsa has money in the bank for road projects that are not being done.
The city of Tulsa says it spends money almost as fast as it comes in and currently has 160 projects under construction.
The city of Tulsa is looking for another source of income for street repair, and could put out a bond issue in the spring to address the chronic shortage.
