WASHINGTON (AP) _ Gerber is recalling some of its baby food over a potential choking hazard.
The company is pulling its organic rice and oatmeal cereals because some of the packages contain lumps that won't dissolve in milk. The clumps can cause young children to choke. Gerber says it has gotten complaints of choking but no reports of injury.
The FDA says it agrees with the voluntary recall, which includes nearly 500,000 packages.
Customers can call the baby food giant to get a refund. For more information, click here.
