The Cherokee Casino in Catoosa is holding a job fair Monday. The casino is holding the career fair from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Positions open include gaming, hotel food and beverage and customer service. The casino says members of the human resources staff and hiring managers will be on hand to talk with job applicants, so you should dress for an interview.

The Cherokee Casino already employs about 1,800 people in Catoosa and more than 3,000 others across northeast Oklahoma.

“We continue to grow year after year, but with the upcoming expansion of Cherokee Casino Resort, we are also preparing for the tremendous job growth it will bring in the next year,” said David Stewart, CEO of Cherokee Nation Enterprises. “The positions we are creating not only receive competitive pay, but an outstanding benefits package as well.”

Anyone who attends the career fair is encouraged to bring identification, employment and education history, personal and work related references and a CDIB card, if applicable.
