Oklahoma Governor Brad Henry took a helicopter tour of the flood-ravaged areas in northeast Oklahoma Tuesday morning. Governor Henry got a first hand look at the flooding with an aerial tour of Washington and Ottawa counties.

Torrential rains pushed several northeast Oklahoma rivers out of their banks Monday, flooding streets, homes and businesses and forcing thousands of residents to flee rising water. It's been raining more than two weeks.

Governor Henry says by week's end, he will request a federal disaster declaration.
