As busy as homicide detectives have been with current cases this week, they have not forgotten about unsolved cases from earlier this year. News On 6 crime reporter Lori Fullbright reports police are asking for the public's help to find the people who killed Scott Curts.
Officers were called to the Bradford Creek Apartment Complex at 10845 E. 33rd Street around 7:30 a.m. September 15. When they arrived they found Scott Curts dead in the grass, said Tulsa Police Officer Leland Ashley.
“Witnesses say they saw two males run from the location,†said Officer Leland Ashley.
Scott Curts had been shot several times and police have very little to go on and don't know the race of the men who ran from the scene.
“We need more, detectives need more to move forward on this case,†said Officer Leland Ashley.
Anyone with information can call Crimestoppers at 596-COPS and rest assured their identity will remain secret. If the tip leads to an arrest, they'll receive a cash reward from the Citizens Crime Commission.
