OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Oklahoma City Public Schools will use $125,000 in grants to help eleventh- and twelfth-grade students develop electronic portfolios.
The grants will also pay for technology-based evaluation methods for programs designed to prepare students for college.
Both programs are part of the school district's GEAR UP for Success in College Partnership Grant.
The district received two of 78 grants awarded by the SBC Foundation in a 13-state area.
The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education also received a grant for almost $47,000.
