Body found in north Tulsa

Tulsa police are investigating a suspicious death after they were called to a disturbance near downtown. A man reportedly told police that his roommate was dead at their home and when officers arrived, they found a man about 60 years old dead in a duplex at 916 North Main.

Detectives aren't calling it a homicide but they say the circumstances are suspicious.

Cpl. Brandon Watkins: â€œ Officers then went to the residence and found the roommate had been deceased for a couple of days. In that time the roommate has been living with him and decided to make comments the first time he saw officers."

Officers say there is some evidence of trauma to the victim's body and they are questioning the roommate.
