The driver of a pick-up truck had to be hospitalized early Thursday when he lost control on US Highway 169.

He rode the guard rail and hit a large sign before rolling it. His injuries are not serious. Tulsa Police believe the man was speeding.

And several people are in custody following a short chase early Thursday. Tulsa Police tried to stop a car for speeding without its lights on, but the driver kept going. He ran out of gas near Apache and Lewis.

The juvenile driver was arrested for eluding police. His passengers had outstanding warrants.
