Bank robbery victim is recovering

Tulsa businessman Howard Smith was shot twice in Tuesday's bank robbery. He's already on the road to recovery, and his wife is telling his story.

News on 6 reporter Patrina Adger says Michelle Smith [pictured left] says her husband is in good condition and is even walking around the hospital.

Michelle says her husband's recovery stops at nothing short of a miracle. She says this experience has been difficult to even put into words. The news conference at the hospital on Wednesday was brief, about two minutes, but Michelle says she wanted to thank the community for their support and their prayers for her husband.

She also extended her prayers out to the family of Amber Rogers [pictured right], the bank teller who died in the bank robbery.
