Criminal charges will not be filed against three Oklahoma City police officers involved in a shooting death.

Oklahoma County authorities say officers Brian Bennett and Chad Vontungeln and Sergeant Ken Liles were justified in shooting Silverio Jimenez on April 25th.

Jimenez opened fire on the officers when they checked into a report of a man with a gun at an Oklahoma City bar.
