There's good news for bankrupt Git-N-Go.
An Iowa convenience store chain has purchased the assets of Git-N-Go for more than $13-million.
Kum-&-Go outbid Sinclair Oil in a bankruptcy auction Tuesday. Kum-&-Go gets Git-N-Go's 76 convenience stores in Oklahoma and Missouri for $9-million as well as gasoline and food inventories for about $4-million.
Tulsa-based Git-N-Go filed for bankruptcy in January after months of losses and closed 38-stores.
The sale to Kum-&-Go will be final by July 7th.
