Hostage incident at a Tulsa motel ends with arrest

A Delaware County woman is free after being held hostage by her ex-husband. It all happened at a motel at 114 East Skelly Drive in Tulsa. <br/><br/>Police say someone filed a missing person's report

A Delaware County woman is free after being held hostage by her ex-husband. It all happened at a motel at 114 East Skelly Drive in Tulsa.

Police say someone filed a missing person's report Sunday in Delaware County for the woman. Delaware County officials tracked Jerome Bales[pictured] and his ex-wife to the Tulsa motel. Authorities from both areas were on the scene.

And after hours of trying to talk the man out, officers made their move. Tulsa Police Captain Tracie Crocker: "Basically negotiators talked to him on the phone all evening. Tactical team made an entry into the room and he put up no struggle and we took him into custody."

The woman was not hurt.

Tulsa Police say Bales could face several charges in both Tulsa and Delaware County, including kidnapping.
