The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has issued a warrant for the arrest of an Oklahoma mayor.

Michael Glenn James of Haileyville in Pittsburg County is accused of giving away city property to a buddy.

The OSBI says James gave the man a trailer and told him how to turn on water to his home without paying for it. Mayor James faces felony charges of "conspiracy to defraud the state" and misdemeanor charges of embezzlement.
