A Tulsa woman is dead following an accident late Monday night. It happened shortly after eleven o'clock on northbound US Highway 75 between 86th and 96th Streets North.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Tracy Renee Lay had apparently just gotten on the highway and passed someone at a high rate of speed.

OHP trooper Jeremiah Hoyt: â€œAfter she passed him she started weaving in and out of her lane, then than ran off to the inside center median for approximately 300 feet and she came back out and over corrected the vehicle started to roll and the second roll ejected her.â€

The blazer rolled 4 times, before coming to a stop. Lay was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Highway Patrol says she was not wearing a seat belt.
