The recent economy and job losses have affected many people. But now there's help in finding a new job.

Itâ€™s called Tulsa's Top Talent. Unemployed professionals can post their resumes on the group's non-profit website, www.tulsastoptalent.org.

The group also holds meetings to provide information on how to get career counseling and interviewing skills. Those using the service say networking is critical. Owasso resident Hugh Doherty: "We know networking is how you find a job in Tulsa, Oklahoma. There aren't a lot, so you have got to know somebody. The more networks you belong to, the better off you are."

The group is free and meets every Monday morning at the "Workforce Oklahoma" building on North Elgin.
