Authorities were called to a van on fire in a ditch. They found It just before midnight Thursday, on 56th Street North, east of Highway 75.

Tulsa Police officers say the driver of a Chevy Astro van suddenly ran off the road and nearly drove into a creek. The van caught on fire.

When the Tulsa Fire Department arrived to put it out, the driver was nowhere to be seen.

At last word, officials are trying to contact the van's owner.
