(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Oklahoma City police have arrested one man in the shooting death of another man outside an Oklahoma City convenience store.

Albert James is being held on a first-degree murder complaint in the death of Jason Tyrone Batise in northeast Oklahoma City.

Police say Batise was shot after pulling into the convenience store parking lot and blocking another car with two men and a woman inside.

Captain Jeff Becker says the three argued with Batise and one fired several shots into Batise's car.

Becker says James and a woman surrendered to police Monday night and James was arrested after questioning. The woman was questioned but hasn't been charged.

Police have also recovered the car the suspects were driving, but are still searching for the other man who was in the car.
