Business was brisk Monday morning at the Tulsa Stockyards. That's a sweet sound to local ranchers who say they're seeing big profits on the cattle they are selling.

Stockyard owner Joe Don Eaves says this is always a busy time of year. But he says the last month has been his best.

Ranchers were getting more than 90 cents a pound during Monday's auction, and that's up a third from last year.
