A weekend accident killed one person and sent three people to the hospital. Tulsa Police say 67-year old Charles Farley may have had a heart attack.

His Ford Taurus swerved across two lanes of I-44 near Catoosa. A Chevy Tahoe hit a concrete barrier trying to avoid Farley, but a Ford Mustang hit his car in the side.

Farley died at the scene.
