(Oklahoma City-AP) -- An entrance ramp onto a major roadway connecting Oklahoma City and Edmond was closed Tuesday afternoon following a drug bust.

A suspect whose name hasn't been released allegedly accepted money for drugs from undercover police, then fled the scene.

With police in pursuit the man began throwing the money from his car before he was stopped and arrested.

Police closed the on-ramp from Wilshire onto northbound Broadway Extension as they collected the money from the road.
