(Bernice-AP) -- An Afton teenager was killed Tuesday morning in a one-car crash on a Delaware County road.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 17-year-old Brandon Hurst died in the crash northwest of Bernice about 5 AM.

Troopers say the truck Hurst was driving ran off the road and through a fence before crashing into a steel fence post. Hurst was not wearing a seat belt and thrown out the driver's side window and pinned under the truck.
