An industrial accident sent one man to the hospital Monday. It happened around eight Monday morning at the Tulsa Used Equipment and Industrial Engine Service at 5000 East Admiral Court.
Rescue crews say a 45-year-old man working on a forklift had his left hand crushed by a hydraulic cylinder. He was then lifted some ten feet in the air.
His other hand was also injured. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
