We have many soldiers still serving overseas. And some Tulsa folks wanted to recognize them Thursday.

Several people at Town Village and 81st and Yale took advantage of the nice weather to get out and tie yellow ribbons around the trees on the property.

The executive director says there are several veterans who live in the senior citizen community and they wanted to honor our troops and celebrate the 4th of July.
