(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Police have identified a man who burst into an Oklahoma City law firm and held a woman hostage before surrendering to police.

Police say Gregory Martin carried three guns and a bag of ammunition into the office near downtown.

A police tactical team surrounded the building and streets were blocked off in a three-block area. Hostage negotiators talked to Martin by telephone.

Police say the situation was apparently domestic-related.

Sergeant Kevin Southerland said the woman and police calmed the man down.

The woman was a secretary at the firm and wasn't injured. Her name hasn't been released.

Martin was arrested on complaints of kidnapping, pointing a firearm, possession of a firearm while committing a felony and possession of a firearm while under the influence of intoxicants.
