Police are looking for the person who broke into a Tulsa tag agency.

The burglars got into the Central Tag agency building overnight on February 27th and spent quite a lot of time getting what they wanted.
Officer Scott Walton, Tulsa Police, says, "They entered the building and cut the phone lines and stole electronic equipment and drivers license laminates and vandalized before they left."

They even pried the steel doors right off the safe. The theft of 750 drivers license laminates is especially worrisome in these days of identity theft and terrorist threats.

Tag agents say the missing laminates mean whoever took them could make their won drivers licenses and fake ID's.

If you have information about this theft, you can call Crimestoppers at 596-COPS. You don't have to give your name and if your tip leads to an arrest, the Citizens Crime Commission will pay you a cash reward.
