(Undated-AP) -- Two basketball players from Oklahoma State and six from Oklahoma have been named to this year's Women's Basketball Academic All-Big 12 Team.

Oklahoma State's Shelby Hutchens was one of two players nominated with a 4.0 grade point average.

To qualify for the team, student athletes must have maintained a 3.0 or better grade point average and have participated in 60% of their teams' scheduled contests.
