The Tulsa school board has set a dismissal hearing date for teacher Brandi Smith.
The 24-year-old math teacher was suspended last month after Tulsa Police arrested her on four charges of statutory rape.
Officers say Smith developed a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old student.
