A Green Country mayor has been arrested on allegations he raped an underage relative.
Creek Country authorities arrested Depew Mayor Todd McFarland. He's charged with rape by instrumentation and sexual battery. The incident involving the family member reportedly happened a week ago.
McFarland is free on $50,000 bond.
