(Undated-AP) -- The Northwestern Oklahoma football team is off to a rough start this season, but the Rangers are still ranked in the Top 25 among NAIA football teams.

The latest poll has Northwestern ranked 17th. The Rangers are 1-and-2 on the season.

After a 56-to-7 season-opening win over Southwestern, Kansas, Northwestern has struggled.

They've lost consecutive games, 27-to-10 to West Texas A-M and 48-to-20 to Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

The Rangers play Southwest Assemblies of God on Saturday.
