A man wanted for the murder of two Tulsans has been arrested in Arizona.

29-year-old Marlin Mack was arrested in Phoenix Wednesday night after crashing a stolen car. He faces a federal indictment in Tulsa alleging a 7-year cocaine and marijuana conspiracy.

The indictment also accuses him in the deaths of Dana James and Marvin Teague. Their bodies were found last year in a burned car in North Tulsa. Mack reportedly thought the two had stolen his drugs.

No word on whether the US attorney's office or the Tulsa County DA will handle the case.
