Two men, arrested last week in connection with the shooting and stabbing of a Tulsa teenager on Halloween, may face several charges.

Tulsa County District Attorney Tim Harris says he will likely file charges against Tommy Burger and Justin Todd. The charges would include assault and battery and with a deadly weapon and shooting with intent to kill for the shooting and stabbing of a 16-year-old Jonathan McGregor.

McGregor remains in a Tulsa hospital.
