There are more problems for the Tulsa based John Pickle Company. A US Labor Department lawsuit says it may owe money to a second group of foreign workers.

The company is already under scrutiny after 53 workers from India sued and complained they were locked in a dormitory in their off hours. They also say they were paid much less than minimum wage and not paid overtime.

The company made equipment used in oil refineries. It closed during the summer. The FBI is still investigating allegations of false imprisonment.
