A hit and run suspect is in police custody in Muskogee. Eddie Ray Maxwell turned himself in Monday and has been charged with first-degree manslaughter.

He's accused of driving the car that hit two brothers who were riding their bikes. Saturday's accident in Muskogee killed 10-year-old DaVonta Wartson, and injured his brother Shawn.

Police also arrested Anthony Maxwell. Heâ€™s charged with being a material witness to the crime and accessory to first-degree manslaughter.
