A 12-year-old boy has been arrested after admitting he assaulted a 6-year-old neighbor.

It happened at a Broken Arrow mobile home park. Police say the victim was with one of his regular playmates, a 12-year-old boy from around the corner. The victimâ€™s mom says the 12 year old invited her son to his "club house", a vacant trailer down the road.

It was several days later that her son told her what happened. â€œHe just told me that he kept trying to pull his pants down and said 'mommy, I was trying to be good' and he kept chasing me around the room, and he tried and fought with his little heart."

Broken Arrow Police officer Sgt John Zoller, "He tried to fight him off but it was somebody twice his age; quite a bit bigger than him, just couldn't fend him off long enough."

The 12 year old is in juvenile custody. Authorities are investigating to see if there are any other possible victims. The six year old and his mother will receive counseling.
