Driver arrested for DUI following accident at Tulsa McDonalds

A combination of alcohol and wet streets may have played a role in a Tuesday evening accident.

Tulsa Police say the driver drove his van into the playground of the McDonald's at 21st and Sheridan. Police say the driver apparently lost control when he tried to turn on the wet road. The van jumped the curb and plowed into the fence surrounding a play area.

The driver was cited for DUI and other charges.
