Fort Gibson school shooter Seth Trickey will stay in custody until another hearing later this year.

A Muskogee County District Court judge made that decision after Trickey's parents questioned whether the 15-year-old was getting the right treatment.

State juvenile workers say Trickey should meet his victims face-to-face. They say it would let Trickey realize the impact of his shooting rampage in December 1999.

All of the victims have recovered.
