The mayor wants Tulsans to set a twenty-year goal for the community. Mayor Bill LaFortune announced plans for a Vision Summit set for July 9th.

National experts on city revitalization will speak - and participants can offer their ideas on the future of Tulsa. Former Mayor and summit director Rodger Randle, "It's a vision for our community."

The summit may lead to a revitalization package that would go before voters, but LaFortune says he doesn't have any definition of how it should be done - or when it will take shape.
