A man accused of killing a Bixby woman in 1999 has waived his right to a speedy trial.

Steven Ray Thacker is charged with murder, rape and kidnapping in the December 1999 death of Laci Dawn Hill. He's already been convicted of killing a Tennessee man and is also charged with the murder of a Missouri man during a crime spree.

By waiving his right to a speedy trial, it could be December before the case is decided.
