(Tulsa-AP) -- A Tulsa man will stand trial in the strangulation of a woman.

William Tyrone Thomas is charged with first-degree murder in the death of 23-year-old Seneca Burrell.

Her body was found December 12th in a creek bed.

Tulsa County Special Judge Todd Singer dismissed charges of accessory to murder after the fact against brothers James Maurice Crear and Frederick Edward Crear. The judge says there was a lack of evidence against the two men.

He ordered the Crears released from jail.

Thomas is being held without bail.
