(Tulsa-AP) -- The Tulsa Talons of the arenafootball-two will reportedly name Richard ``Skip'' Foster their new head coach on Thursday.

Foster compiled an 82-39-and-2 record as head coach of Coffeyville, Kansas, Community College over the past 12 years.

He says the Talons have called a news conference for Thursday afternoon and that he plans to be there. Team officials will only confirm that a news conference is scheduled.

Foster would succeed Jon Norris, who resigned in October to become assistant head coach of the Oklahoma Wranglers of the Arena Football League.
