(Choctaw-AP) -- A former Choctaw school official was ordered today to repay 13-thousand dollars from a student activity fund after pleading no contest in an Oklahoma City court.

District Judge Jerry Bass ordered Jonneta Ann Lilly to pay the school district within eight days. Lilly remains on supervised probation until then.

The sentence also prohibits her from holding public office.

Lilly is a former activity fund clerk and was originally charged with 22 counts of embezzlement by a public employee and one count of using a computer to commit fraud.

Assistant District Attorney G-W Paull agreed to dismiss all but one of the felony counts.
