COYLE, Okla. (AP) -- Three horses valued at nearly $10,000 remain missing after a weekend burglary at the Camp Fire Boys and Girls riding unit at Camp Cimarron.

Jennifer Tucker of Stillwater, riding director, said 18 of the camp's 21 horses had been rounded up and she hoped the remaining three horses were still in the general area of the camp, along the Cimarron River about 15 miles east of Guthrie.

Payne County Sheriff Carl Hiner said there was nothing new to report Monday.

"I'm going to make an assumption they are probably gone, but that's just an assumption for me," Hiner said.

The horses missing are Pass-em, a 20-year-old quarter horse mare, valued at $4,500, Punky, a 15-year-old Arabian mare, and Savannah, a 15-year-old quarter horse gelding. Punky and Savannah are valued at $2,500 each.
