(Oklahoma City-AP) -- A female bartender who was reported to be
drunk and naked at a social club for police says now she believes
she may have been sexually assaulted.
Oklahoma City police Captain Charles Allen says a criminal
investigation of the incidents at the club early the morning of
September 25th is ongoing.
Police Captain Bill Martin has been the target of an internal
investigation of alleged misconduct stemming from a 911 call made
from the club. Police released a 911 tape of Martin's call last
week. In it, Martin described the woman as being nude and drunk and
was heard begging her to put on clothes. He also said he saw people
leaving the building with alcohol and saw condoms in the building.
Police said they saw no condoms when they arrived.
The names of those involved in the criminal investigation are
not revealed on the police report.
Police said the woman advised investigators after a second
formal interview Friday that she believes she was sexually
assaulted. The report said that on September 25th, the woman denied
being involved in any sexual activity and on September 28th, she
said she was undressed against her will but did not believe she had
been sexually assaulted.
