Tulsa authorities have issued an arrest warrant for 19-year-old Byron Thompson. He's charged in the shooting death of 15-year-old William Anthony.

Anthony was shot with a high powered rifle last weekend at the River's Edge Apartments near 61st and Newport.

Tulsa Police say the shooter was several hundred yards from Anthony. The two had apparently had a prior dispute.
