Tulsa Police officers were called to the 1700 block of North Lewis around 1:30 AM Tuesday because of a disturbance.

They say one suspect fired shots into the air and then left.

His car was stopped a couple of blocks away. The driver and passenger were arrested, one for gun possession and the other for public drunkenness.
