Tulsa's "Visiting Nurses Association" still has plenty of shots for those at high risk. That includes people 50 and over, teachers, emergency workers, those with chronic health problems, children 6 months to 18 years of age and anyone who lives with a high risk person.
If you don't fall into one of those categories, there's still another option. Jan Guinn with the Visiting Nurses Association: "We have the flu mist, which is the nasal spray vaccine. It's the same price, so literally, we have a vaccination for everyone."
Tulsa's "Visiting Nurses Association" at 2745 East Skelly Drive charges $20 for a flu shot or mist. They're open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 to 4. They'll be closed this Friday, though, for New Years Eve.
They are also open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 until 7.
