A man already serving a life prison term in Colorado has been sentenced to 57 more years for three robberies in Tulsa in 2001.
Steven Holley pleaded guilty Monday to carrying a gun during two Tulsa robberies and during another attempted one. He was charged in a federal indictment with committing six armed robberies in the area and with six related firearm charges.
Holley was arrested in 2001 after a standoff in Stillwater but was mistakenly released from the Tulsa County jail a month later. He was later arrested in Colorado and sentenced to life for several felony crimes there.
